JOB DESCRIPTION:
EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for receptionists during the summer season for a hotel chain specializing in the test industry, conferences, events, and winter tourism. The mission is to provide guests with a complete experience featuring excellent service, top-notch accommodations, and exciting events. During summer, the campsite becomes a natural gathering spot for hikers, anglers, and road-tripping visitors, offering outdoor swimming, activities, cabins, and camping facilities.
As a receptionist, you will collaborate with colleagues from various departments and handle daily reception tasks in line with management and supervisor directives. Your role will be based at one of their hotels, Kraja or Silverhatten.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent the resort as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Collaborate with hotel staff across departments.
· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods when multiple guests need assistance.
SKILLS:
● English speaking (Swedish is a merit but not required)
● Responsible, engaged, and positive.
● Adaptable to high-paced environments without compromising quality or attitude.
● Capable of prioritizing tasks, even under pressure.
PLACE OF WORK: Arjeplog, Sweden
WORK CONDITIONS:
● Seasonal contract during summer season, which runs from late May to mid-September (end dates may vary depending on the hotel).
● Working hours: 40 hours a week
● individual salary regulated by the Swedish Collective Agreements, salary range: 26580 SEK - 29000 SEK per month (2.506,49 - 2.734,70 eur per month)
