Fonctions :
Au sein du groupe Fluides, responsable de l’exploitation et de la maintenance des circuits réacteurs et des équipements mécaniques associés, des analyses chimiques liées à l’exploitation du réacteur nucléaire et de la gestion des travaux de soudure, vous travaillerez en collaboration directe avec un autre technicien et serez en charge :

• Des installations de ventilation et de conditionnement d’air du bâtiment réacteur et des bâtiments annexe,

• Des circuits frigorifiques,

• Des circuits d’eaux surchauffée,

• Des circuits effluent gazeux,

• Du circuit de gonflage de l’espace inter-enceinte du bâtiment réacteur,

• Des ouvertures du bâtiment vers l’extérieur (Vannes de traversées d’enceinte, Sas, soupapes, portes camion, …),

• Des circuits d’air comprimé,

• Du circuit de compression hélium du réfrigérateur de la source froide.

En relation avec votre chef de groupe, vos missions consisteront à :

• Exploiter, maintenir et dépanner ces équipements,

• Réaliser les essais périodiques réglementaires,

• Réaliser le suivi des ESP (visite et épreuve),

• Assurer le suivi des interventions sous traitées,

• Etudier et réaliser des modifications et améliorations des installations,

• Rédiger des procédures, spécifications techniques, comptes rendus, PID, rapports, … suivant le Système de Management Intégré interne à l’ILL,

• Fournir une assistance technique occasionnelle aux autres membres du groupe.

 
Formation / Expérience :

• Bac +2 ou +3 (BTS, DUT, licence ou équivalent) en génie mécanique ou thermique ou maintenance, complété d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans en maintenance sur des installations frigorifiques ou des équipements de conditionnement d'air et de climatisation. 

• Capacité à réaliser des calculs simples de mécanique des fluides (perte de charge, bilan thermique, pt de fct, …)

• Expérience de travail sous assurance de la qualité,

• Très bonnes capacités d’analyse et rédactionnelles (procédures, spécifications techniques, …).

 
Connaissances linguistiques :
Le caractère international de notre centre de recherche nous amène à accorder une attention particulière aux candidatures provenant également d'autres pays que la France. De bonnes connaissances en Français sont requises. Des connaissances en anglais et en allemand seraient un atout.

We currently have a vacancy for a: Safety Engineer

Duties:
The ILL's safety team of two safety engineers and one safety technician is part of the SRSE. It is responsible for the safety of the 500 members of the ILL staff, of the Institute's 1500 annual users, and of its service suppliers. 
The safety engineers report directly to the Head of Service. The engineer recruited will work within the team on the following:

• Preventive measures and controls in the safety domain, such as:

  • proposing general health and safety instructions and procedures to be followed,

  • producing the associated documentation (work authorisation forms, occupational hazard and exposure sheets, workstation risk analyses, risk prevention plans, accident analyses, single assessment documents, etc.) both for ILL operations and work performed by outside contractors,

  • checking that the measures are applied, via visits and audits,

  • advising senior management on the legal and regulatory measures applicable, and monitoring changes in regulations and standards.

• Needs assessment and provision of information, awareness-raising and training.

• Safety studies for jobsites, new instruments and ILL experiments.

• Liaison with the CSSCT (statistics, annual health and safety report) and assistance in the liaison with external agencies (labour inspectorate, inspection bodies….).

• Providing assistance in the organisation of interventions by the emergency services in the event of an accident, and in the preparation, execution and post-analysis of safety exercises.

• Management of dangerous non-radioactive waste and material (transport, recovery, elimination, reporting),

• Preparation and follow-up of statutory inspections (electrical equipment, lifting gear, pressure vessels, etc.).

• Identification of requirements, definition or updating of processes, planning and coordination, in cooperation with the other members of the team.

 
Qualifications and experience:

• Master's level QHSE degree or equivalent,

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar post,

• Excellent writing skills in French,

• Familiarity with nuclear installations and/or radioactivity would be an advantage,

• Qualification as a Dangerous goods safety advisor (classes 2 to 9 except 7) would be an advantage,

• You must be independent, methodical, and meticulous in your work.

• Good team spirit is indispensable.

• Good level of spoken and written English.

 
Language skills:
As an international research centre, we are particularly keen to ensure that we also attract applicants from outside France. You must have a sound knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.

This is an indefinite-term contract, based in Grenoble.

Fonctions :
Au sein de la "Division Réacteur", le service Mécanique est chargé de la maintenance des équipements techniques du réacteur à Haut-flux. Rattaché·e au chef du service, vous serez chargé·e du suivi de la fabrication de plusieurs composants de rechange du bloc pile du RHF. Dans ce cadre, vous travaillerez sous la supervision d’un ingénieur expérimenté responsable des fabrications mécaniques et également référent ESPN.
Les principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Rédiger les spécifications de fabrication à l’aide de trames préexistantes,

• Vérifier les plans des composants issus du bureau d'études,

• Etablir les dossiers techniques des appels d'offre et sélectionner les fabricants,

• Etablir le dossier de fabrication pour l’évaluation de conformité par l’organisme habilité (OH),

• Suivre les étapes de la fabrication (approvisionnement, usinage, contrôle, validation, analyse d’écarts, etc.),

• Valider la recette finale de l’équipement,

• Mettre à jour le dossier réglementaire interne lié au réacteur.

La fonction implique une très bonne autonomie à court terme.
 
Formation / Expérience :

• Bac+5 (type diplôme ingénieur ou titre universitaire) en mécanique ou métallurgie, complétée par une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum,

• Connaissances en chaudronnerie et en soudage (MIG, TIG ou FE) si possible sur l'alliage d'aluminium AG3NET, Inox ou Zircaloy,

• Expérience de fabrications sous assurance de la qualité nucléaire,

• Connaissances de la réglementation ESPN et de codes de conception type RCC-MRx (ou RCC-M),

• Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles (procédures, spécifications techniques, …),

• Bon relationnel, vous serez amené·e à travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes (atelier, fournisseur, organisme de surveillance).

Connaissances linguistiques :
Le poste nécessite la maitrise du français. Le caractère international de l’ILL requiert également de pouvoir communiquer en anglais. La connaissance de l’allemand serait un atout.

Duties:
The ILL’s IT Service, which comprises 5 groups and a team of 26 staff, is specialised in the provision of IT infrastructure, software development, service and project management and user support.

In this capacity, you will have the following responsibilities:

• defining, implementing and monitoring the ILL’s IT policy, ensuring that it covers all the IT services needed to run a modern business (IT security, user support, office automation, communication, support for administrative processes, etc.), as well as the services specific to our research centre.

• ensuring the technical management in-house of the ILL's IT infrastructure (network, routers, servers, etc.). This is a key strategic issue for the ILL.

• ensuring the management, for our scientific users, of the storage of a significant volume of data (~1PB) and ensuring access to the scientific data for data processing purposes

• assisting with the definition of the ILL’s IT security and data protection policy, in a context of rapid change. You will guarantee implementation of this policy and, more generally, compliance with the applicable regulations.

• taking an active part in collaborative projects with our local and European partners in order to enhance the technologies and services offered to the Institute's scientific users. The search for external funding and the setting-up of collaborations are an integral part of your mission.

Qualifications and experience:
You have a Master’s degree in computer science along with extensive experience (at least 10 years) in line management and project management in complex IT environments. You have proven communication and leadership skills.
You have very good knowledge of modern skills, technologies and practices in IT infrastructure (networks, storage, VM/container, DBMS), user support, and software development.
 
Language skills:
