• Gérer l’ensemble des aspects administratifs du programme expérimental,
• Servir d’interlocuteur et assurer l’interface entre les visiteurs scientifiques et les services de l’ILL concernés,
• Organiser les séjours des scientifiques (répondre à des e-mails, préparer des invitations, aider à l’accomplissement des formalités, gérer et réserver l’hébergement des visiteurs),
• Assurer une assistance aux visiteurs scientifiques sur place.

• Titulaire d’un DUT ou BTS en Gestion des entreprises et des administrations ou diplôme équivalent d’assistant administratif ou de secrétariat, vous disposez d’une expérience de quelques années,
• Excellent niveau en anglais et en français à l’écrit comme à l’oral,
• Solides capacités informatiques (traitement de texte, tableurs et présentations de diaporamas),
• Une expérience en administration de site web serait un atout.

Is this new challenge in an international research centre for you?   We're currently looking for a:  Health and Safety Technician (M/F)

Duties:
Your principal duties, to be shared in part with the ILL safety engineers, will be to:

• carry out the installation procedures for new ILL jobsites and monitor safety conditions throughout the life of the jobsite

• obtain and install signage for the jobsites and experimental devices

• carry out safety visits, including, in particular, the systematic monthly visits or those performed with the Workplace Health and Safety Committee (CHSCT)

• ensure the correct display of risk notices in the workplace and maintain the risk database,

• check the condition of the work-at-height personal protective equipment upon loan

• assist with the monitoring of mobile fire loads,

• monitor the on-site transport of materials classed as dangerous by European transport regulations,

• handle and/or transport conventional waste (use of lift trucks),

• accompany and assist safety service suppliers during their work on the ILL installations (regulatory hazard controls - lightning, legionella, fume cupboards, etc.).

Qualifications and experience:

• You must hold a NVQ level 4 in environmental safety or equivalent, with some experience and/or a keen interest in this field of activity.

• We are looking for someone with the skills required to collect data and ensure their traceability, to identify risks and notify as necessary, and to run awareness-raising activities on safety at work.

• You should be recognised for your experience on the ground and ability to interact constructively in your work, despite a very firm and rigorous approach to ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Language skills:
As an international research centre we are particularly keen to ensure that we attract applicants from outside France. You must have a good command of both French and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.

Job description:
A dairy, processing 120 tonnes of milk on a daily basis, is looking for a cheese maker to form part of a
team of cheesemakers responsible for the preparation of different kinds of cheeses including fresh soft
cheese, mozzarella, semi-hard mature cheeses, ricotta and yogurt. Applicants must be willing to work
overseas for a definite period of time and have working experience in the dairy sector. Preference will be
given to applicants who possess academic qualifications in dairying. In-house training on the industrial
production equipment available in the dairy and on the production of the particular cheese and fermented
milk products manufactured by the dairy will be given to the right applicant.
Requirements
 Must have previous working experience in the dairy sector
• Have a flexible and positive attitude, and able to work smoothly under pressure
• Be in good physical health
• Be a good team player
• Possess a clean police conduct
• Preference will be given to applicants who possess academic qualifications in dairying
 A diploma in cheese or yogurt production or in dairying would be an asset.
Training provided
In house training will be provided on the specific equipment we have at MDP, but applicants are required
to have hands on work experience in cheese and yogurt manufacturing.
