Job Description:
 To assess, prescribe, deliver and evaluate nursing care for individuals clients in line with
Care Residence Policies and Procedures.
 Perform nursing duties e.g medication, wound dressing, vital signs, NG/PEG feeding
regimes.
 To identify clients who are unwell and act accordingly e.g. administering first aid or referring
as appropriate.
 To work in partnership with the wider healthcare team and other colleagues.
